This vineyard was planted in the early 1970s, making it one of the oldest blocks in the district.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-weight: 400;\"\u003eWinemaking:\u003cbr\u003eWhole bunches of Shiraz are placed in fermenter, and covered with CO2 for 12 days of carbonic maceration. After this, a gentle pigeage by foot, and allowed to macerate overnight. Pressed into stainless steel, where it was left for the winter.
