A fizzy blend of Chardonnay and Riesling from a vineyard on the banks of the Goulburn River, Seymour.
Minimal intervention winemaking, no added sulfur dioxide.
Vineyard: Grown in alluvial sands, on the banks of the Goulburn River just outside Seymour. Farmed using organic practices with care by John. John has been practicing organic farming methods on his block for the last seven years, after a trip to Europe opened his eyes to the possibilities for his own vineyard.
Blended together, and bottled with a touch of residual sugar. Ferment went on to finish in bottle with no additions.
