A thirst slaking burst of juicy citrus and sea mist. The ultimate fish and chip wine.
Vineyard: Grown in Colbinabbin by the very talented Chalmers Family.
Winemaking: All destemmed, and left to cold soak on skins for a few days. Pressed to stainless for ferment and elevage. The wine went through natural malolactic fermentation in Spring. An incredibly juicy Vermentino, with all the normal citrusy-sea spray varietal flavours, underpinned by structure, and savoury herbes de provence.
